Deco E4 AC1200 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi system 2 pack
Slow on arriving here but looks a very good product. Our only disappointment is that the installing instructions aren't detailed enough for us 76 and 80 years old/non-tech Senior Citizens so will be attempting to get some help from Customer Support.

Doesn't appear to have improved my wi-fi signal...
I had expected the mesh system would improve my wi-fi signal where I most needed it (office), but it seems to be worse! Maybe it's just 'settling in'? Also, there was no installation instructions for use with my existing Shell broadband router. It was trial and error, and caused me lots of problems by setting up the mesh as 'recommended' only to find I should have done it the other way.

TP-LINK DECO E4 AC1200
The system is doing what it says it should and the design makes it blend in to rooms it has been placed into. Setting up instructions were far too technical - intended audience for these is definitely IT professionals, not the general public with a very good knowledge and ability of using most IT products.

Equipment is good but customer service is appalling.
-
Customer Service Appalling
Equipment is good and so far has solved our WiFi issue. Customer service has been appalling from start to finish.
-
Works well but requires both units to be plugged into the mains, which in our case us not really an option due to where the router and phone socket our located.
As above
